Didn't expect to see this here but glad to see I am not the only one who feels this way about arundel mills management and store manager I used to work there never again
The store manager, Arnel Simon, here at Arundel Mills Mall is absolutely awful. He does not care about his employees or customers whatsoever. He does not greet, check on or speak with customers. He literally points them to someone else that he already has doing a million tasks, then complains that they are assisting customers instead of working like a slave. He pawns everything off on certain employees, some he is friends with, while he hovers over them and does not help or assist them with anything at all. He spends the majority of his time on the computer or in the back of the store micro managing. He gives impossible deadlines and expects you to do outrageous things only a superhero could do and have them done immediately. He treats his employees extremely poorly and does not bother to hear them out or understand how they feel at all. He shows favoritism with certain employees which causes tension between coworkers and creates a hostile environment in the workplace. He makes some people do their job and others as he watches and judges. He bad mouths associates to other associates and acts very unprofessional and inappropriate. Customers have made complaints about him and nothing has changed. Clark's is an amazing company to work for and the job itself is great but I advise you from experience to steer clear of this location unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.
The store manager at Arundel mills does not care about you or what you have to say. He treats the customers and employess with no respect at all!!!
The boss at the hanover center is a dictator and does not care how he raises ones stress level. He cares only about himself. Pushes himself and his family in front of the lunch lines at the company picnic.
The hours can vary from 20 hours to 4 hours a week.
