Customers come first, even when there's a million other things to do, like stock management, training, reports, transfers, order look ups... So as full time/management, things could and would get stressful at times. Working non-consistent retail hours would feel like a roller coaster. I loved my fellow employees, but the management took advantage of our willingness to work hard and above expectation, without any compensation for the efforts taken.
