Productive, Fun, Easy Going People, Work Balance Life is Awesome
Accounts Receivable Analyst (Current Employee), Chicago, ILMay 28, 2013
Pros: work/life balance, dress code, work from home, flex schedule, nice bonuses
Cons: starting low pay, sometimes a case of office politics when job opportunities are available
a typical day at work is coming in, in your jeans in shirt (either a collared shirt or t-shirt) and being greeted by everyone in a nice manner. Management is always nice and easy to approach, all managers have the same cubicles as you do so its more personable to walk up to them and speak . There are also a lot of office parties and game nights where – more... everyone gets together after work and have fun in the office – less

Excellent company with great benefits
Software Engineer (Current Employee), Austin, TXJanuary 16, 2013
Very relaxed atmosphere. Anyone in the company can learn and contribute to production websites. Company lunch every Wendesday and "select" beverages on Fridays. Plus there is always a good game of foosball happening around 3pm every day.

Pros: work schedule, pay, etc.
Cons: no cons, you'd literally have to fire yourself.
Classified Ventures is a great place to work. It has a great chance of upward mobility also.

Cold and uncaring management
IT position (Former Employee), Chicago, ILJuly 11, 2012
Pros: casual dress
They do not care about their employees.

They let employees go just before they pay out bonuses.

Compensation and evaluations are not objective.

Employees frequently "disappear".

Inside Sales Manager (Former Employee), Chicago, ILJuly 10, 2012
Pros: freedom to control your work day.
Cons: lack of advancement opportunity
Ability to be your own boss. Everyone got along great and helped each other with any issues. Fun environment to work in with managers that was helpful and not overbearing.

Nice Culture
Senior Manager (Current Employee), Chicago, ILApril 29, 2012
Very different from standard office setting. Very laid back, the CEO does not have an office but works out of a cube like everyone else.
