Clean Air Systems Inc. is a residential and commercial Honeywell distributor of indoor air quality products. Our company was established in 1972 and currently operates a successful eCommerce store ( selling products to HVAC contractors, installers, building owners, and facilities managers. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales/Warehouse rep for our South San Francisco location.

This is a small business environment. We are looking for a candidate with residential /light commercial HVAC knowledge capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This may be a good fit for a HVAC technician looking to move out of the field and into an office/warehouse environment.


Sales / Office duties

  • Process sales orders / manage order fulfillment pipeline
  • Answer phones / sales and customer service inquiries
  • Respond to sales and customer service email inquiries
  • Manage RMA system
  • Ensure adequate product inventory levels

Warehouse duties

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Manage inventory and warehouse
  • Monthly inventory count
  • Receive stock orders

Skills & Requirements

  • High level of comfort with computer and Internet applications
  • Residential HVAC knowledge (Thermostats, Zoning, Indoor air quality, etc.)
  • Possess strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Fast learner - ability to quickly adopt and master new processes and technologies
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs if necessary
