Cons: co workers, management, hours, stressful, no sick days
The job is perfect if you want job security and you have your drivers license, beyond that I'm not so sure. When I was hired I was told I'd only be working form 8-5 and very rarely have to work passed that. Turns out it was more the other way around. We'd have to show up at the shop around 7:30-7:45 to be able to get all things done that we needed, from there we were given our houses for the day and were not allowed to be done with our day till these houses were completed (some of our ladies were showing back up around 7-8). I felt as though there was some favoritism between management as well, when an opinion was spoke of what we needed it would happen for a day and then after that was not fulfilled for some, while others it was. All in all I am happy to say I no longer work there with the stress.
