I was mislead in the interview. I guess I can take part of that blame as I was fresh out of college. I was a seller and was told everything was non-negotiable, take it or leave it. I found out later everything was in fact negotiable.
Managers would take accounts from you and assign them to the new person or someone else who needed to hit numbers. No – more... support from management with big projects. Had to drive your own vehicle to all appointments and use your own cell phone when not in the office.
There were countless mistakes on commission reports. Their commission structures were listed with certain values and when we were paid they were not the same, constantly leaving sellers owed anywhere from a few dollars to a few thousand dollars. – less
