ClearPath Home Health & Hospice is looking for a talented, energetic Account Executive driven by growth potential. ClearPath serves Northeastern Ohio’s elderly and disabled population both in the home and in nursing facilities. We believe in navigating the healthcare landscape with our clients and referral sources. It is our mission to not only be the best provider of at home health services, but the single most important resource to our clients, families, and referral sources.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Identify key referral sources and create target list to provide ongoing communication and relationships with key decision makers
- Build, maintain, and monitor community and referral sources perceptions of ClearPath
- Educate families, clients, and referral sources about ClearPath’s service offerings
- Maintain basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor sources
- Continually improve market growth through strategic business development and other sales lead opportunities
Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent. Must have the ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Strong communication and public relations skills. 1 year experience in healthcare sales.
