ClearCompany has a fantastic company culture that promotes creative thinking. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with my colleagues. Each team is very close and has a very warm attitude. A typical day includes attending various client calls to help with implementations, sales or support, actively researching opportunities for client growth, and working on client customization projects. Management is well-structured however due to our fast growth-rate it has become difficult to provide updates or request assistance. The hardest part of the job is maintaining a positive outlook when dealing with unhappy clients. I have learned to have difficult client conversations while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
