Pros: meet with customers, help best buy emp's (vise-versa), good pay, and being in it field.
Cons: pushing fellow emp's to really press on customers, lack of cohesion, and didn't start off in best ways, which almost ended the company.
When I began work for Clearwire in 2010, I found it to be a great job; flexible work, decent hours, and hourly/commission pay held up fine. But as time passed the company as a whole may have not made the best choices by borrowing money from fellow companies and not establishing themselves well enough from the start.

Soon after I was informed the company had began to implode on itself and return to online sales only in most parts. It wasn't the best move to be placed into Best Buy locations, which gave the impression of the sales staff as solicitors/peddlers... – less
