My typical day at work was going to other locations during the week and being the manager i had a lot of responiblity, making sure everyone was during thier jobs correctly, and sales are staying up.
I learned buisness management, accounting, sales, electrical programming, and how to fix computers. My co-workers were really nice to work with i'd help
– more... them with thier sales teach them how to grab people and not scare them away. I tought them how to be productive with thier time.
The hardest part about my job was that I would have my moments when I have employees that dont show up or slack to much i would have to let them go. I never liked doing that. My favorite part of my job was being depending on, knowing someone needed my help or wanted or felt comfortable coming to me with questions or thier problems. – less
