Office (Current Employee) – Hatfield, PA – April 11, 2017
The Company has a great foundation, and is very successful overall. Recently has been having some issues with maintaining positive culture, especially among office/management employees. Very high expectations, with minimal support in some areas. Very good environment for someone who does not seek regular feedback and check-ins, but can be difficult for those who are still developing in their careers.
Human Resources-Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Hatfield, PA – March 17, 2017
Processed workmen's compensation claims in a high volume workplace with a higher volume of injuries. Management was friendly and professional and the work environment was comfortable. The position was not difficult and the most enjoyable part was the work environment.
HR Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) – Hatfield, PA – March 16, 2017
It's a great place to work and advance as professional. I have learn so much in little time. Management is understanding and willing to teach you everything you need to know as to grow with the company.
Pit Operator (Former Employee) – Hatfield – February 2, 2017
Company is supposed to be a Christian run company operating on Ethics integrity and Stewardship well that seems to have been forgotten by management the team members for the most part were helpful and congenial.
A nice gym on premises and co. Store
Unethical work practices, unfair treatment of employees
Not important (Former Employee) – Hatfeild – February 2, 2017
I would advise for no one to work here !!!! back in the day it was such a family oriented place to work now that the kids have taken over all they care about is the money ... it's supposed to be a company run on ethics, integrity and stewardship that seem to be forgotten by Management ..
Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee) – Hatfield, PA – September 22, 2016
This company has a very poor culture, is based on backstabbing and cheating to climb to the top. This company also makes up the rules as they go to fit their needs. They claim to be a Christian company but they are far from it.
PACKER 1 (Former Employee) – Hatfield, PA – April 21, 2016
The employees dont give any respect for their supervisors. No team work, even if the supervisor want to. Some team leaders (captain), don't give any respect with others. Ant that enviroment was very stressful and almost everybody was in bad mood.
401K, Bonus, Gift, Free lunches ( 3 or 4 times a year), Health insurance
The enviroment was not good. Its like a jungle in there
Warehouse operator 4 (Current Employee) – Hatfield, PA – January 15, 2016
I've been working for this company for 3 months now, I have already gotten 3 raises and am making 3 dollars more per hour than my starting wage. If your competent and are a hard worker you'll advance. The company has never had a layoff, and the retirement package as well as the benefits are great. They work a lot of hours but if your interested in providing a future for your children and have a great retirement this is the company for you. The negative reviews of this company most certainly are from either lazy or ungrateful people.
Room to advance, quarterly bonuses, a brand new 7 million dollar fitness gym for you and your family, doctor office on site, company store where they sell deodorant, clothes, soap, ect. You can pay for the items and your lunches with your ID badge. Christian values, family oriented
Language barrier can be difficult. No sick days only PTO's.
The people are all really nice and friendly, everyone is always willing to help and are approachable. The hours are long and expectations are high. I really enjoyed the how friendly, helpful, and approachable everyone was. High paced environment. Chaotic at times. Need to speak up and ask for help, information was not always clearly or fully provided.
Corporate Chef/ Culinary Manager (Former Employee) – Hatfield Pa – June 23, 2015
The company is a family company that operates on strong morals and values. Friendly team members and a safe environment. Not the best compensation and long work days. CFG offers a good opportunity to grown professionally offering leadership courses and classes.
Machine Operator (Current Employee) – Hatfield, PA – April 20, 2015
