During my time there, I worked mostly 6 day weeks and 12-14 hour shifts. There were occasional 7 day work weeks. I applied for other opportunities within the company, but the positions were already accounted for by people who were friendly with the hiring managers. The compensation and benefits were actually pretty good, but benefits don't start for 60 days. I did receive a lot of training and learned many new transferable skills. This company is felon friendly, and doesn't do background checks. They have an extremely high turnover rate, and I had 5 bosses in 2 years, and each had completely different expectations.
Decent pay and benefits.
No work life balance.
