Founded in 1987 in the heartland of America, steadfast on Midwestern values, Client Services, Inc. (CSI) was originally organized as a third-party collection agency. In a highly competitive industry, Client Services, Inc. quickly established a reputation of providing superior and consistent recoveries. Careful attention has been made to attract and – more... retain individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive and determination to not only succeed but to flourish in a competitive atmosphere. It is that same spirit that has helped CSI evolve into a full-service customer relationship management company. Today, CSI offers a full suite of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions in addition to a wide range of accounts receivable management (ARM) programs.

In 2009 Client Services, Inc. successfully completed an important milestone in the history of our company. Through an internal management buyout over the past 12 years, the senior executives of the company became the new independent owners of CSI. This gradual ownership change provided us the stability and balance to ensure long-term financial strength, and continued growth for years to come.

Predicated on our mission to diversify our brand, the ownership group has re-organized the company's operational focus to help counter the projected market landscape. Over the past 12 months we have taken a number of steps to achieve a lasting improvement in operational performance and further diversify our market footprint, thereby enhancing our competitive advantage throughout the marketplace and cementing our strategic position.

We believe the power of our corporate brand provides us, as well as our clients, a competitive advantage. In what has arguably been one of the most tumultuous times in the history of our country, Client Services, Inc. has emerged as a premier company with a distinguished brand.
