worst agency in kansas city
collector (Current Employee), Lenexa, KS – May 11, 2013
Pros: good basepay with experience
Cons: low bonus potential, terrible managers, i could type all night
Keep in mind for some reason most of these reviews aren't even for CSI for some reason. They don't care about their good employees, management is terrible and typical friends promoted, limited bonus opportunity for small handful of employes, they find the smallest reason to doc your bonus and if you do bonus which is typical for 95% of the office they – more... dock your paid time off instead. They'll hire anyone off the streets so if you looking for short term employment this is your place. By far least caring, least professional, micromanage your every step. Benefits are terrible too expensive with high deductible. I could go on and on, if you are experienced collector look everywhere. They come up with new rules everyday and might change it the next day. You're basically a robot reading a script and more times then not get hung up on before get a chance to try and collect the bill because of company call structure. – less

Up beat staff.
Temp Office Worker (Current Employee), Reno, NV – May 6, 2013
Pros: variety
Cons: not enough work.
Postions are varied. Some are really fun. I have learned to be open to ever changing environments. Also to be able to work on ever changing equipment.

In 95% of the offices I have worked in my co-workers have been nice and supportive.

The hardest part of the job is saying good bye.

The most enjoyable part of this job is meeting new people.

Collect on a debt. I like helping people be with their payment arrangements. The hardest part is trying to convince the debtors to pay.

Extremely structured
Credit Administrator (Current Employee), St. Charles Missouri – January 26, 2013
Pros: flexible work schedule, and bonus potential
Cons: working evenings and weekends
Client Services is an extremely challenging work place. Client Specifics change everyday, sometimes every minute! You have to be ready to adapt and over come. I would say that its a goal oriented job that commands your skills to be on top of their game every minute that your sitting at your desk. Eight o'clock your dialing your phone, leaving messages, – more... answering phones, documenting conversations. The hardest part of my job would be having to sit for 8 hours! The most enjoyable part of the job is finding solutions that help people move forward. – less

Sales Associate (Current Employee), Baton Rouge La – December 15, 2012
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: i dont have any cons about work
Every work position is different, of course, but ordinarily one would plan their day to arrive at work a few minutes ahead of schedule to situate themselves in their work environment, and prepare to begin the tasks at hand. What happens next is entirely up to your assigned tasks.

A comfortable work environment allowing for endless creativity and exposure to global affiliates.
Senior Account Manager (Former Employee), New York, NY – September 24, 2012
My day consisted of being the direct contact on all projects between the internal art and production teams, and our clients. I had to manage the flow all incoming, outstanding and completed projects ensuring they were done within budget and in a timely manner. Although management could have been a bit more transparent and less micromanaging, my positive – more... relationships with my co-workers helped maintain client satisfaction. The most difficult part of this job was working across the globe with many different time zones leaving little time away from responsibility. However, the exposure I had to different cultures and customs helped ease the stress. Overall this was a very positive work experience. – less

Outside Sales (Former Employee), Jamesburg, NJ – July 25, 2012
The job was good. The customer base was great to deal with as were the coworkers. The problem is this is a small company with a very hands on owner who is present and all too involved and not a nice person.
