Our Client is in search for a District Manager to lead all aspects of our Food Service operations strategy and execution within their Healthcare Division in the Greater San Francisco. Candidate must reside in this area as well. Ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. Experience with Healthcare food operations services considered a plus. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P & L management are musts. Previous multiple departments responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well.
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload is a key attribute.
Candidate will serve as the primary in-house management representative at this Prestigious Medical Center. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with the Medical Center and the Regional Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Will be required to develop a business plan and budget for all departments.
