About Clinical One
Randstad Professionals US (formerly Vedior North America) looks to conquer the North American market for staffing services. The company, a subsidiary of global staffing powerhouse Randstad, provides temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement services in areas such as accounting and finance, administration, education, health care, – more... human resources, legal, and light industrial. It also offers IT and engineering staffing services through units such as Sapphire Technologies and Think Resources. Its former parent, Netherlands-based Vedior N.V., was acquired by one of its chief rivals, Randstad, for about $5.1 billion in mid-2008. The deal created the #2 staffing agency in the world, behind Adecco.
Overall, the newly expanded Randstad network spans about 4,100 branch office locations across more than 40 countries.
Vedior North America was initially founded in 1994 as the New Boston Group of Companies; it was acquired by Vedior in 1999.
