Making sure all managers knew what was on their agenda everyday. Update calender on a daily basis and communicating changes along the way via e-mail, in person along with making updates on company's calendar. Creating reports, meeting expense reports on a weekly schedule. Making sure the office was running efficiently and all needs were met in a timely manner. Communication was the key word in this position. Multi-tasking, being flexible, positive, and meeting deadlines were vital on a daily basis.
