work was interesting
plant services (Former Employee) –  Clovis, CAJune 19, 2017
The day would bring many opportunities to learn and grow. The morning would have a flurry of challenges. Dealing with staff and clients in need of repair. Seeking vendors to care for needed work. Ordering and tracking parts and orders. checking in inventory.

I learned to work independently and to keep organized.

The hardest part was making sure that everyone had what they needed to get their work done. Each day each hour things would changed , I had to stay on top of changes.

The best part was working with my team. Learning together and growing as a team.

Sales Associate at Rue 21 (Former Employee) –  Clovis, NMFebruary 7, 2017
A typical day at work was pretty much helping customers find things they were looking for or just making sure the store was clean and organized throughout the day.
I learned how to communicate with customers and how a retail store works.
The hardest part would only be if a customer went and destroyed a table, but other than that, it was easy.
The most enjoyable part was pretty much all f it. I loved working and I loved helping the customers.
Pros
Meeting new people
Cons
A lot to clean up by the end of the day

Clovis is relatively new. They had issues with employee paychecks and paying them on time. I was a subcontractor with this company under ICF International.

Work with clients
Mental Health Resources (Current Employee) –  Clovis & PortalesAugust 20, 2011
I have had some bad experiences there and I have also had some good experiences there.
Working with clients is enjoyable and tiredsome at times to but they need the help they get.
Staff members can get along and there are times the staff members can fight like children.
Getting to know people that you work can be hard at times especially if they are suspoious of you.
