General Laborer, Marlborough, MA - February 22, 2016
A typical day at work usually started slow due to an early morning. After an hour or 2 of working, we would gradually begin to pick up pace and work diligently until there was a half hour left of work where we would begin to clean up for the end of the day. I learned some electrical work as I assisted licensed Electricians and apprentices. Co-workers were nice and were very respectful as well. Management was usually considerate towards an employees request or suggestions. The hardest part was getting new workers in the middle of the job and having to train them which di slow down production to some extent.
