Club Demonstration Services, a subsidiary of Interactions, is currently seeking a new Scheduling Coordinator located in our San Diego sales office. Club Demonstration Services is a uniquely focused company with proven expertise in providing customized in-warehouse events for Costco Wholesale clubs. We have been influencing Costco members' buying decisions by building consumer awareness and trust for a variety of products.

Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager. The position requires an individual who is accustomed to a fast paced environment that involves meeting deadlines and likes an environment that changes. The position requires data entry, filing, generating excel spread sheets, answering incoming telephone calls, generating vendor reports etc.

RESPONSIBILITES:

1.Develop project plan, continuously monitor program execution, performance and objectives and provide relevant recaps of each program or event.

2.Communicate status of each project to appropriate internal and external business partners.

3.Manage communication, process, policies and procedures.

4.Collaborate with Sales Manager in creating necessary reports on events including performance feedback on Team.

5.Generate reports and organize information utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

6.Maintain a high standard of communication with Operations on changes and client requests.

7.Participate and adhere to safety policies and practices, including company procedures and guidelines.

8.Participate in safety training and actively comply with safety policies and practices.

9.Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a high school education or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 5 years related business experience; business college courses a plus.
Experience on a web based system and Outlook.

·Must have basic to intermediate skills in both Excel and Word.

·Excellent verbal and written skills are required.

·Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, flexibility, customer service understanding, and accountability for actions and goals.
