Manufacturing Associate (Current Employee) – Bothell, WA – March 19, 2017
A wonderful company for getting your foot in the door in the Biotech industry. Lots of opportunity for lateral and vertical advancement if you pursue it. Overall good treatment of employees without too much micro-management.
Little overwatch as long as you do your job correctly with room for advancement.
Long hours, Short Staffed. Tough Work-life balance.

as you will need them to hide from the accusations and coworkers trying to throw you under the proverbial bus. It's trench warfare at CMC and if you think of your coworkers as your teammates, just resign. I left after a few months and I regret not doing it sooner. The only positive was the health insurance You'll need it for anti-anxiety medication and mental health counseling.
Highly stressful workplace with little forward-thinking
Quality Associate (Current Employee) – Bothell, WA – October 14, 2016
Last-minute decisions, no mid-term or even long-term planning; quality unit constantly at odds with business management; mistakes are repeated, no lessons learned; overly complicated business processes are 10 years out of date; no accountability non-quality managers; little emphasis on training.
Manufacturing Associate III (Current Employee) – Berkeley, CA – August 11, 2016
Great company to work for in terms of overall scientific acumen, dedication of individual employees, and opportunities for those who enjoy a challenge. I have learned a tremendous amount in the short year and a half I've been here. The start up environment provided so many learning opportunities. One of the best parts of the job is working with a small, tightly knit team. Biggest drawback is the medical benefits. They are not great.
Fast-paced rapidly changing evironment; the team I work with;

days vary from moderate to hectic.company has been growing a lot, so hope for positive changes. some new management arrival- hopeful for better structural changes. Things seem to be in a rebuild mode for a better work environment. overall trend-managers support individual improvement and leaning.most people are easy to get along with.
compensation varies depending on department. overall wage is average. since annual salary is only merit based, i wish there was more weight during reviews.
Manufacturing support / Warehouse (Former Employee) – Bothell, WA – March 13, 2013
each day was a challenge. From support to the warehouse each day held a new problem. I learned new things such as how some medication are made and what it takes to produce said products. Lower management was always willing to listen to what you had to say and when you had a good Idea they told you to research and put together a presentation. My coworkers were all fun people to be around. They were always will to help you if and when they could. the hardest and the most enjoyable part of the job was the challenges that had to be met day by day.
the company took good care of it's employees
they made decisions with out getting impute from the employees
