CML Healthcare Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended trust that owns CML Healthcare Inc. (CML), which is engaged in healthcare diagnostic services business. CML is a community-based provider of laboratory testing services in Ontario and a provider of medical imaging services in Canada. Its laboratory services operate one main licensed medical diagnostic laboratory and 125 licensed Specimen Collection Centers (SCCs) in Ontario. Its medical imaging services operate 115 community-based medical imaging facilities in five provinces across Canada, including: one clinic in Quebec, two in Manitoba, nine in Alberta, 20 in British Columbia and 83 in Ontario. Through ARS, the Fund also operates 15 fixed site multi-modality and two single-modality outpatient medical imaging centers in Maryland and Delaware.
