IT Recruiter (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – May 20, 2015
Work long hours and they ask you to work more. If you go home at normal hours, they think you don't take your job seriously. If your family is more important than your work, you aren't sacrificing enough for the company. If you aren't the first one to show up in the morning, you are late. Work is repetitive and boring. Co-workers were disrespectful and condescending.
Long hours, management, unfulfilling and unexiting work
Technical Recruiter (Current Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – April 25, 2013
This is probably one of the only places you can work, where it's completely up to you how successful you want to be. No politics, no bureaucracy, no waiting for the person above you to get promoted or leave. This place is all about driving your own success, and everything is set up to help you get there. Thinking "outside of the box" and trying new things is highly encouraged. The ability to multitask and juggle multiple things at once is a must. This is a people business, so nothing is ever for sure. You must be able to adapt quickly and the learning never ends. You can never be a true "expert" in this field and you will be presented with new challenges daily.
