CNH Industrial N.V. and its subsidiaries are an international industrial group which, because of its size, activities and geographical scope, plays a significant role in the economic, social and environmental aspects of the communities and countries in which it operates.
The Group's mission is to grow and create value by supplying innovative products and services for maximum customer satisfaction with due respect to the legitimate interests of all stakeholders (including directors, officers and employees, as well as shareholders, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we operate). We conduct our business in a socially responsible, impartial and ethical manner, adopting fair employment practices, protecting safety in the workplace, supporting and fostering environmental consciousness and in full compliance with the applicable laws of the countries in which a CNH Industrial company operates. However, where laws and regulations in a particular jurisdiction are more lenient than those contained in CNH Industrial's Code of Conduct, this last one shall prevail.
All CNH Industrial business relationships will be established and maintained with integrity and loyalty and without any conflict of interest between business and personal affairs. To achieve this, the group requires that all of its directors, officers and other employees comply with the highest standards of business conduct in the performance of their duties as set out in the Code of Conduct.
CNH Industrial endorses the UN Declaration on Human Rights, the relevant ILO Conventions and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Companies. Accordingly, the Code of Conduct and CNH Industrial practices and policies are intended to be consistent with such declarations and conventions.
The Code of Conduct is intended to be a guide and a support for every CNH Industrial director, officer and other employee and should enable him/her to pursue the CNH Industrial's mission in the most effective manner possible. The Code of Conduct constitutes a fundamental element of the corporate governance of CNH Industrial. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
