Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company.

Pros: Coach Bucks...gifts
Cons: Not enough advancement opportunities.
Pay was decent for an undergrad student. Advancement opportunities weren't in abundance. Management was great! My immediate supervisor was the best! The hardest part of the job was standing for prolonged periods of time. The team was fun and supportive!

Great Products, Slow Pace
Former Associate (Former Employee), Lynnwood, WAMarch 6, 2015
The pace at the store was very slow. Once customers came in, however it did allow you to spend quality time with them to ensure they are given all the features and benefits of the products to make an informed buying decision. The product is expensive so it was important to make sure the customers had all the information they needed to feel comfortable with their purchase.
