Immediate needed for LONG TERM office help in a beautiful office setting.
The hours needed are full time; Monday- Thursday 8:45-5:00 (12-1 Lunch), Fridays 8:45-2:00.
Pay rate is based on skill level, experience, and most importantly performance-based. Starting pay will be between $10.00-$13.00 per hour with the possibility of performance-based raises.

Applicants must have the following qualities, and also MUST provide at least 3 verifiable references and resume by email. A letter of recommendation is also preferred. A background check will be done to be paid for by the job seeker if we wish to hire you; we will reimburse the fee if you are hired.

-A quick learner; we need someone to jump in immediately and be able to handle simple office tasks without a great deal of training; training will be provided more extensively for more complex tasks
-Effective & respectful communication skills
-Team player; working well with others, can see when help is needed
-Have a keen eye for detail (name spellings, pronunciation, serial numbers, ect.)
-Positive attitude; with fellow employees and clients as well
-Fully developed customer service skills; 1 year experience in office setting required, the more the better.
-Able to multi task with ease; need to be able to handle many tasks that are performed daily along with assisting walk-ins and previously scheduled appointments
-Telephone skills; answering calls, taking clear phone messages, setting appointments, quick to answer questions
-Computer savvy; quick typing skills
-Set appointments for three or four providers; sending reports to other clinics, copying/filing
-Be organized; thorough, quick to learn new skills
-Compassionate, caring, work well with people of all ages
-Live locally and have reliable transportation
-Tactful demeanor
-Have a keen eye for detail
-Know appropriate office behavior


If you are called for an interview it is asked that you dress in appropriate office attire as you would daily, and you may be asked to come in for a working interview for a few hours of paid work to help in our decision process.
