CoastHills is full of terrific people to work with and overall has a wonderful culture. If considering employment, go for it! Just be aware of the challenges including steep sales goals, long work weeks, and high performance expectations. Would only recommend if you are serious about working in a professional setting and adhering to the company's service promise.

High stress work environment with little concern for employees' health and well-being from upper management. Unrealistic goals and expectations are placed on most departments. Some back office departments are inadequately staffed.

The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting and serving my co-workers.

Open and caring environment. Managers are supportive of employee growth. Focus is on building personal relationships with the members and not all about just ticking off the sales numbers.
