Full time position 40hrs/week. Project based nights and weekends.

Job entails working with various small businesses throughout the SF Bay Area for remote support.
Remote support by phone or internet. Some onsite work required. You will be located at our call center where we have all the tools necessary to complete the job.

Support tickets are sent in by our clients through phone or email. Tickets may vary from simple help desk work to light server administration. Any large scale server work will be scheduled internally with respect to the client's schedule.

Salary Rate $55,000*

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Min. 3yrs business support w/server, desktop, and networking experience.
Microsoft Certification. Win7/2008 certification preferred - You will be asked for your transcripts.
Must be friendly and able to multitask.
College diploma preferred.

*3 month probationary period at reduced salary to be negotiated at hiring.
