Meet Miranda:⠀
I have been with CPTS since January. I started just after finishing graduate school at Valdosta State University. Currently, I am working at P.B. Ritch Middle School and Scoggins Middle School in Paulding County. I love working with older students in middle and high school, and I really enjoy the challenge of finding new ways to engage and motivate these students.⠀
My goal in therapy is to alleviate the difficulties my students may be facing by giving them the opportunity to gain confidence and learn new skills. By doing so, I hope to help them reach their greatest potential. ⠀ ⠀
Fun Fact:⠀
I am an animal lover with a habit of picking of strays with the intention of finding a good home. I, however, quickly fall in love and can't let go. So, I currently have a total of four pets, two dogs and two cats.

Meet Rosalie:⠀
I've been an SLP with Cobb Pediatric Therapy for 6 years. I've worked everywhere from pre-school, elementary and middle schools, and even home school! I currently work at Mashburn Elementary in Cumming, Georgia. It's a sweet, little school with the best sense of community. ⠀ ⠀
My favorite thing about therapy in the schools is how every day is different. I enjoy the variety of ages and treatment areas. I am particularly passionate about stuttering therapy because it involves teaching strategies along with counseling. I love to see a student gain confidence in their ability to speak with their friends, teachers, and family. I believe it's our job as therapists to develop courage in our students so they can reach their fullest potential. I've come to learn that our job is not just about treating the disorder, but truly helping our students become their best self. ⠀ ⠀
Fun Fact:⠀
I have a therapy room pet! Not a dog like you might expect, but a goldfish! My students named her Goldie and they LOVE practicing their speech skills for her. She's been a great addition to our room!
