Learned Alot about aerospace products and composites. My typical day at work would be laying up parts on the tool and running the cure, then de-molding the part afterwards. The management was nice but had trouble with scheduling issues and would try to work there people to death. If it did not bother their time off then they did not care. My co-workers were very pleasant but where over worked most of them worked 6 and even 7 days a week. the hardest part of my job was getting information there was a real lack of communication. I enjoyed all of the work and co-workers.
