Typical days were extremely busy. Repairs to printers. Customer support via phone and email. Training new Sales personnel.
My biggest reward was the feeling of resolving and satisfying customer needs beyond their expectations.
Extremely large workload. I liked very much.
Some coworkers are/were counter supportive to company productivity and success. Disruptive during customer support calls.
Management: Very poor decision making skills. Pretty embarrassing. Constant restructuring due to the fact.
