Long hours. plethora of knowledge due to the amount of training and education provided. Many different management styles, some good some not so good. My job is very laborious. You have to work hard to keep your job and excel. You have to be very outgoing. It's a pretty nice job. There is no one watching over your back which is a plus. You have the potential to receive raises every year. The hours can tend to be a little crazy at times and you can be called to take on different routes pretty far away on short notice.
