Management was very unprofessional in contacting me to inform that my interview was cancelled and he didn't even bother to call and reschedule, and when I called recuder back after 2 days I got no reply. Company seems shady and management has no communication amongst each other.

They conduct the interview on the STAR format. Basically, that is they ask you a question, they want to know the situation, what you did to control it, and and what was the final outcome.
