Administrator, Tacoma, WA - October 9, 2017
Upper Management severely lacks structure, leaving middle Management to flounder, forcing staff to pick up the slack both in office and shop. Unreliable staffing due to low wage, often Temp hires that routinely were no shows putting pressure on permanent staff. High stress environment where jobs were often threatened as a motivational tactic to increase production. Promotions/Disciplinary Action based on nepotism not performance. The most enjoyable part of the job was the comradery amongst the staff.
