QC, Memphis, TN - April 22, 2016
The actual work is well structured and not difficult and revolves around the client needs within the specific clinical trials, which is up and down. Management is very underhanded, non transparent, lacking knowledge and expertise, and rewards only longevity. Management reports work of others as their own work, bad mouths their workers in front of clients, there is NO confidentially, poor relationship between the R&D in Maryland and the manufacturing and QC in Tennessee. In short, the company is poor science which promotes and rewards poor work ethics.
