Programmer Analyst (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – March 23, 2017
This review is based on my work experience in India. There was no work life balance If you take responsibility then everything is put on your head, Bad management did not commensurate your effort to rewards.
Salary is consistent with call centers but management is very young and unproven.
Senior Process Executive - Voice (Current Employee) – Tampa, FL – March 22, 2017
The job is a call center job that can become boring at times. The management may be knowledgeable about the product but are not good leaders of people with good communication skills or styles. The company is very new so everything is being created on the fly and as a result there are no standards already set.
Advanced Case Manager - Voya Financial (Current Employee) – Minot, ND – March 21, 2017
I have no review to post regarding Cognizant Technologies. I was transferred to this company when Voya Financial transitioned their employees to Cognizant. I did the same job at Cognizant that I was doing at Voya.
Consultant (Former Employee) – New York, NY – March 14, 2017
Poor employee appreciation ethics. Extreme insecurity caused by low amount of time for lay off notice. Uncooperative management and HR personnel. Lot's of difficulties with having my Cobra coverage case initiated and finalized.
Manager (Current Employee) – Bridgewater, NJ – March 10, 2017
If you want a job similar to desi government job then this is the company. If you are looking for a company pushing the boundaries or technology then stay far away. Copy paste coding expertise with reasonable salary then this is the company.
Senior Data Analyst/Data Architect (Current Employee) – Hagerstown, MD – March 9, 2017
Big politics happens at every level. Everyone trying to get promotion will try to do many account level activities and will try to put his leg above you to get his growth. Please avoid such company at any cost.
