I was able to learn daily about the world of Real Estate by working closely with agents. My daily routine included putting together and auditing client files verifying that all the correct and up to date information was included to help keep the efficiency of the office. I throughly enjoyed working with Coldwell Banker. I only resigned because I moved to far from location.

Set up new contacts with banks. would answer questions of clients, and retrieve documents from them. update web sites. create flyers. set up new appointments. maintian office cleanliness.

Learning from scratch, taking on a large client base and new real estate programs, things were always busy and multi-tasking and prioritizing was key in the success of the agents I assisted. The actual day to day experience of this realty company is the same as all others. This company, however, knew how to train its Realtors to be careful, knowledgeable, and successful. Any exceptional training I got was at Coldwell Banker.

Fun, educational and motivating environment. Someone is always there to help if you need anything. Many levels of experience available. Fun monthly meetings, sometimes including an outside vendor to explain a new tool or other interesting information.

Complete loan applications. Allocate lenders that match the needs of clients. Assist with credit to those clients who needed. Provided educational pieces on homeownership. I enjoy working with my manager and co-working.

Great job while in college. Flexible hours and decent pay for student. Just need to be sure and help out wherever possible. If you own a larg mower and have basic understanding of handy man needs, you can make some side money fixing up homes for them.

I had to work for commission at times it was great but in the last years could not earn enough. Had to let this go.

Good place to work if you want to stay in the same position. The managers are real estate agents and usually have no experience or education in managing people so it is a roll of the dice on whether you will get a good manager or not.
