Require Company Overhaul
Instructor (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CADecember 7, 2015
Company is currently undergoing major changes, but at the expense of reducing the hours of qualified faculty. Would like if they would have considered closely ways to help qualified faculty to maintain their way of living.

Wireless tech (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAOctober 13, 2015
The school is very well maintained with good instructors that make sure you understand the material that is being put out. Take time out of their time to help out further if needed.

3D/2D Lab Assistant/Tutor (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CAMarch 30, 2015
Don't really care for there employees too much. The work environment is not too stressful, but the company is more money oriented rather than customer oriented.

Coleman University was a fun place to work. I got the opportunity to learn a lot being that it was a small univerity with an open door policy.
Financial Aid Administrator (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 4, 2015
Meet and communicate with current and prospective students to guide and help them through the financial aid application process. Guide students who have questions or need to discuss a payment plan, correctly entering information in our university's computer system, by being knowledgeable of all financial aid options. Accurately process award packages for all students who are eligible and entitled to grants, scholarships, and loans as well as responsible for reviewing and evaluating completed applications and participate in budgeting and disbursing awards. Processed R2T4’s, refunds, updated NSLDS change of status, and mailing exit letters in a promptly manner. Certified eligible students through VAONCE and maintained VAONCE updated with students current status. Worked closely with the FA director in coming up with a better process of maintaining files for all FA students to help us with both internal and external audits

Great place to work
Instructor (Current Employee) –  San Marcos, CAJanuary 3, 2013
Typical day at here is teaching the students information about the classes that they are in this could include many different tasks. This includes giving lectures on topics that need to be covered and helping the students on given assignments. For the most part it is an easy job there is the occasional time that a student may get behind and then the work becomes a little harder because I have to ensure that the student gets back on track. Which at times can be a slight bother but most students do not get behind.
Pros
learning from the staff, management
Cons
pay, commute

Teachers Assistant (Current Employee) –  San Marcos, CAJune 13, 2012
Work with teachers to help educate students in computer networking. Everyday I work with students individually and in groups helping them with problems and labs to ensure they understand course material. The management staff is very helpful in educating me on how to help students and how to deal with many different scenarios I may consume while helping them. the most enjoyable part of the job is getting to help students achieve their academic goals.
