I entered information updated for Customers into the computer and also performed I did Collections for Credit Card companies, namely, Bank of America.
The job was busy, which I enjoy, because I like ro multitask. I also enjoyed speaking with the customers about repairing their credit and making arrangements to either pay out the account with a settlement or arrange to send in payments. My quota was always reached and I went over my Quota as a part-time employee. The company closed in Ma, 2010.
