It was a very quick process. You can contact them, apply, have an interview and if they approve and you are interested, you are basically hired on the spot. They schedule orientation and then you are good to go. There is also some online training that you have to take, but if you plot out some time, it doesn't take too long to complete.

It takes few steps- not very fast process,
First is online application, then interview, then references approval and collecting all your information, then criminal background, then training and orientation, then documentation work and fingerprints then finding families and downloading and learning about application
