Cons: lack of benefits... it is a benefit company.
I enjoy working with the dynamic team at Colonial Life. As with any company there are area upon which improvements could be employed; however, overall the company is amazing, offers amazing products but is lacking in personal benefits. I find this to be odd considering it is an insurance company

Pros: hours
Cons: no managerial support
Worked for this company for a very short time. Manager make every excuse under the sun NOT to work. Manager had worked for the company for over 6 months and revealed she was still receiving food stamps due to low income.
