Color Ink, established in 1985 in Hartland, Wisconsin, by its CEO/Owner, James Meissner. It started as an extension of a commercial art studio, which offered print brokering services. By 1988, Color Ink had installed three Heidelberg printing presses and was rapidly outgrowing the Hartland location.
