It was a team based job were myself and 3 other co-workers were in charge of cleaning and setting up the dorm rooms for different conference guests to stay in over the summer.
we were also in charge of providing customer service by checking in guests and answering and responding to phone calls from gusts.
I learned a lot about time management and handling large groups of guests.
The workplace culture was pretty standard but there was poor communication from management.
The hardest part of the job was turning all the rooms around in 12 hours.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the location and free time between gust visits.
