Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at Columbia Healthcare.
There are no annual raises. You get a bonus at the end of the year if you are still working there for like $0.25 for every hour you worked that year. You have to have been there for more than 3 months and be off probation before you can get it. So if you started at the end of Sept. then you don't get anything d/t the fact you haven't completed your 90 days before the date in middle Dec when they hand out the bonus'.
After 3 months you are offered benefits but it takes another 3 months for them to become active and they aren't really good benefits. The benefit package is comparable to other places in price. If you are just looking to cover yourself then it's ok, but if you want to cover a spouse or child it's way too expensive.
