Columbia International College was established in 2009, and it was approved by California Bureau for Private Post-secondary Education to offer higher education degree programs and certificated programs. CIC is aiming to provide a global distance school which offers personalized Business Administration and Management and other business related programs to fit special needs of individual students and organizations. We are looking for a full time executive assistant for our west coast office, to assist executive to implement business plans, and achieve business goals. Ideal candidate has to be able to work independently, and has strong communication skills.

*Excellent employee is eligible for getting working visa.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Answer and transfer phone calls to purposed person;
Recruit and train interns regarding to administrative works;
Coordinate all west coast travel arrangements for VP, President and other Executives;
Gather and maintain business expenses;
Organize documents;
Shopping and errand running;
Assist with day to day aspects at the office.


Candidate must be able to speak Chinese and English;
Minimum College Degree;
Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility;
Computer savvy, including Excel and Adobe Creative Suite;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Organized and detailed oriented;
Work well independently and as part of a team;
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities;
Handle confidential matters/paperwork, etc;
Experience of Education Industry is a plus.
