A typical day at work included making sure there was enough coverage for all 4 offices I ran. The doctors had everything they needed to do their jobs. I was in charge of all payroll, scheduling, interoffice conflict resolution, and much more.
The best part of my job was seeing the patients and having them tell me how great my offices were and seeing them leave happy.
The hardest part of my job was creating a positive work environment in extremely busy, stressful offices.
