Prepare premium seating license agreements for executive suites, loge boxes and terrace tables.
Maintain contracts database and liaise with Corporate Account Executives to obtain executed contracts in a timely manner.
Prepare affiliation agreements for AHL and ECHL affiliates.
Prepare royalty-free local licensing agreements granting use of NHL Columbus Blue Jackets' logos, marks and name. 
Work with insurance carrier to prepare certificates of liability insurance for corporate sponsors (i.e., Anheuser-Busch, MillerCoors, etc.).
Prepare confidentiality agreements for external and third-party consultants.
Prepare employment/termination agreements for coaches, trainers, locker room personnel, professional and amateur scouts and other employees.
Assist with workers' compensation research and claims management.
Assist Building Operations with implementation of risk management procedures.
Review all incident reports from in-arena events and refer claims to insurance carrier.
Assist with player injury and non-injury grievances initiated by the NHLPA.
Prepare monthly expense reports for Legal Department.
Tape Transcription;
Research and compile large amounts of information from a variety of sources to prepare standard exhibits;
Frequently compose/send correspondence of moderate complexity with management review;
Computer research and legal writing
