A Job, and that is it
Machine Operator, Supervisor (Former Employee) – Columbus, MS – March 8, 2012
I worked here for almost 4 years so it was not always a bad place to work. After the company started to get more contracts and the work increased the pay decreased. For a company that has been open since 1846 you would expect some kinds of rules an structure. Rules were added as needed only to suit whatever situation was going on at the time. Workers were treated horribly and some had worked there for over 20 years but still made minimum wage which I thought was crazy. Hazardous work conditions lead to the calling of OSHA, EEOC, and etc.
