During my two years with Colwen I was able to lean multiple positions and grow my knowledge of the hospitality industry vastly. It is hard to comment on the management due to the constant turnover of managers and supervisors but overall I had positive interactions.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my 15+ years of working experience. Work in the New Hampton Inn Bridgewater NJ location. GM & AGM, incompetent, lazy, pay is a joke, make employee work long hours, no break, violation of labor laws, they treat you like garbage! Colwen is the worst company to undertake hotel management this company is awful stay far away! They will abuse you and work you like dogs. Recognition is given to managements favorites the ones that are lazy and do no work.
