This company has the potential to be so much more. Unfortunately, if you are not a family member, personal friend, or member of the church, you do not matter to this organization's upper management. Most projects are either delayed (sometimes years behind schedule) or are started, but never completed since the team (50 employees) do not collaborate and communicate with each other. As an employee, you can not get a direct answer from the management team, since they all have a different interpretation of what needs to take place and they will only start to work together AFTER the client has gotten so upset that they are ready to quit using the services offered. Many minor daily challenges are hard to overcome because the lack of communication.
My direct supervisor was great when it came to work/Life balance, but that really is the only benefit of working for this organization.
