Cons: medical /dental 401 k vacation
a day consists of a satified customer ,,,While on the road a truck driver does not need problems with officers pretaining to being legal to travel with there loads. Needed permits to be correct and on time when they get to the truck stop to pick up...Need comchecks to be correct to continue there travel.5

Excellent Flexibility, but poor on call rotations

Pros: great pay, great benfits, lots of over time.
Cons: not enough training, not enough opportunities to advance.
One of the best call centers to work at while located here in El Paso. Unfortunately outsourced to the Philippines.
